Prairie Badminton - Ryan Giesbrecht

Prairie Badminton started from scratch in 2019 when I teamed up with my friend Justin Friesen to create Manitoba's first and only premier badminton facility and pro-shop, where general public can access the best coaching and court rentals at an affordable price.

We have 10 international standard badminton courts, 6 professional coaches, a full-service pro-shop with racquet stringing, and several provincial champions and nationally competitive athletes.

Our goal is to raise the level of badminton in Manitoba to be competitive internationally, and provide a club environment that is welcoming and encouraging to both recreational and competitive kids and adults. We want to see every athlete thrive and discover how strong and courageous they can be if they apply themselves to their sport.
